Hi! I’m Kuro, a French weeb who recently graduated from language school and want to hone my newly acquired skills in Japanese! My dream is one day being able to translate stuff like otome games as a job… so here I am!

Since English is not my native language I apologize in advance for any weird phrasing you might find, but usually I check if what I’m writing makes sense so no worries here.

Down below is a “gallery view” so you can see all the games I’m currently working on with pretty pictures! This is obviously a WIP so hopefully it’ll expand with time!

Please note that there are spoilers for the games that have released in the West, as most of them are bonuses that take place at the end (technically it’s not spoiling everything but if you just don’t know anything about the game then there’s no point XD)

For the JP only games, well… since they’re only presentations you can check if you want to know more while waiting for a localization, but if you wanna go blind when that happens I don’t recommend it.

If you want to know more about a non localized game, feel free to ask me (on Reddit or Twitter for now, unless I know you on Discord) and I’ll see what I can do! (I’m interested in pretty much all JP otome but maybe I would prioritize some of them more lol)

For games available in English, you can ask me to translate bonus content that has not been translated, but it’ll depend on if I played the game or if I intend to play it. If I played it then… yay let’s go! If I haven’t I’d rather finish it before spoiling myself with bonus content XD As for the games I didn’t and don’t plan on playing… Well I guess don’t mind spoilers so ask away! (but I might need some context obviously)

Bonus content includes: short stories, birthday/valentine messages (or any other special messages really), drama CD or voicelines, Q&As or articles (creator/seiyuu/artist interviews), official websites, trailers (please note that audio only may take longer to translate than things that have a written version or script)

I made this little cat-themed “Otome gamer introduction” (similar to an otometwt intro) to know more about my taste in otome games!
